Reviewing and approving campaign content before use
Providing timely access to required systems and data
Maintaining their own licences, systems and third-party accounts where applicable

We are not responsible for delays, errors, campaign issues or performance problems caused by incomplete information, lack of access, incorrect data, third-party platform issues or client-side changes.
10. Payments and fees

Fees must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice
Late payment may result in services being paused
Work may not begin until any required upfront payment has been received
Ongoing services may be suspended if payments become overdue
Any refunds, cancellations or minimum commitment periods will be governed by the specific agreement, proposal or invoice terms agreed with the client.
